Strength & Stability Sessions
Whether you are looking to take your yoga practice to the next level, protect your body from injury, or improve your balance and stability in day to day life, strength and stability training is for you!
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Mary Anne Tillotson, would love to help you build your strength and confidence. Utilizing light-to-medium weights, resistance bands, and body weight, Mary Anne will walk you through exercises that are suitable for any level of experience. She is able to offer modifications to account for injury, and advancements to keep your workouts interesting and challenging.
Mary Anne has experience working with expecting and newly postpartum moms, clients with no previous exercise experience, and clients recovering from injuries / surgeries. These 1:1 sessions are a great opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence as you begin (or begin again!) your fitness journey.
Sessions are $50 for 30 minutes.


Booked appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
