Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a no-touch energy healing practice designed to bring balance to mind, body and spirit. Sessions are performed on a table and participants remain clothed. We set aside one hour for a session, though the energy healing may take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. We include time for you to discuss/share any thoughts, feelings and/or emotions both before and after the reiki is performed.
During the session, hands are hovered over the body within your energy field. Even without physical touch, you may experience sensations in the body as well as various emotions or thoughts throughout; there is no blueprint or expectation as to how a Reiki session will go, as each individual is different. Reiki allows feelings and sensations to come to the surface in order for you to find growth and healing. Reiki is a beneficial practice for those with mental health concerns, grief, trauma, unexplainable physical issues or those wanting deep relaxation.
Focused Breathwork
Experience a transformative journey with focused breathwork (no movement involved unless requested).
Sessions with Sara: Focused on pranayama to calm the nervous system and improve mental health conditions. No prior breathwork experience required.
Sessions with Anna: Focused on active breathwork to release stuck emotion and move energy, reconnecting with your body and heart.* No prior breathwork experience required.
*This practice is not appropriate if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, severe psychiatric illness or major medical conditions such as stroke or heart disease.
Chakra Alignment
Find harmony within and balance your chakras with breathwork and meditation. You’ll explore various breathing techniques and meditation tools to help bring alignment to mind, body, energy and spirit (no movement involved unless requested).
This practice allows you to tap into deeper parts of your self and connect with mind, body and soul.
