“My family and I love living in Belmont. It is an honor to share our passions with the community. My husband and I are the founders of the community-based Black Star Theater Company. With a background in performance, I strongly believe in the power of the arts and its positive presence for everyone.

I got into Therapeutic Arts by working with my husband in Nursing and Assisted Living. This fueled me to further study and focus on Behavioral Health. After years as the Creative Arts Director and Registered Behavior Technician at the Cyzner Institute for Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Health, I began to further my training in Sound Therapy and Mindfulness based Therapy. Experiencing the effects of vibrational energy healing paired with ABA therapy and Mindfulness training has changed my life. I was finally able to not only manage my own anxiety but further aid others in doing the same. This also opened the path to fulfill a lifelong calling of becoming an Interfaith Community Chaplain/Minister.

Mindfulness allows me to connect to the present and be enriched with the beauty of each moment. Because of Meditation, I am able to practice Mindfulness on a level which makes me a better musician, teacher, husband, father, son, friend, and member of society. I wish for everyone to experience Mindfulness and learn to apply it to every moment of their lives. My life is changed for the better now that I listen more. There is great wisdom in the silence. After all, when we pray we speak, but when we meditate we listen.”
